The ECSC covers implementation of MGB Business-plan, including business development, recruitment of workers, facilitating project funding, costing and management, under the terms and conditions of the ECSC.

Mizan International FZE – the parent company and a Trading company, licensed to trade in non-manufactured precious metals, pearls, precious stones and basic non-ferrous metals (i.e. aluminums, alloy and copper) products only. The company was established in the UAE since 2011 and now expanding its business activity, to Refining of Gold in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), U.A.E.

Mizan Mining Nig Ltd – a registered company in Nigeria in 2020, for the purpose of Mining and Project Management in Nigeria.
